We’re going to do something very special with this car, and it involves building a custom hard headliner, rather than using the original fabric one. Fabrication is Wayne’s specialty, and in this video he begins demonstrating just how this process takes place.
As we showed you before, we’re replacing the stock 289 with a 1986 Lincoln 302. We tested the engine while it was still in the Lincoln, but now it’s time for it to be rebuilt. Shawn explains the entire teardown process as he gets it ready to become new again.
Even though this Mustang isn’t going to be the most powerful car on the road, we want to make sure it’s safe. To us, that means converting it to front disc brakes. Shawn explains the entire process in this video.
